Burgundy Castle is easily accessible from exit 4 on the I95 and is between Prospect Avenue and 172 street in this newly refurbished area of Bronx, New York.
The Greetings Across The World Gold & Silver Ball was launched in 2005, when Clarence Royes Producer of “Greetings Across The World” and Robin Harris of Bronx Speaker on Boston Road, New York got together to bring “Hollywood Style” productions not only to Jamaicans in New York but to Jamaica via TVJ, ( Formerly JBC) where the show is broadcast on New Years Eve and New Years Day. What is “Hollywood Style” entertainment? Well, other than entertainment at it’s best, its entertainment about you, the guests, just as seen on Access Hollywood or eTV, where you get your time in the limelight or rather the video lights to tell Jamaica how you enjoyed the past year and to greet your loved ones back in Jamaica and across the world, at this special time of year,. You will be welcomed on the Red Carpet by the warm reassuring personalities of Kelli-Jean of New York and Krystia and Clarenceroyes of Jamaica along with the rest of the Greetings Across The World crew, who will make even the most timid among us feel right at home in front of the camera. My apology to the many people who arrived late at last years ball, and missed out on the “Red Carpet chat” , well this year we have decided to scale it a little more to suite New Yorkers “going out time” which will allow Red Carpet and Dinner to go until 11.30 PM , with show time at midnight and dancing until 4.00AM to the sound of DJ Yonnie who has been spreading the cool vibes throughout New York City on Linkage Radio 105,5 in the Bronx and Brooklyn.
This being our third year of Greetings Across The World Gold & Silver Ball, and we are keeping the tradition that we have established in our short period of three years for the G&S Ball, but twenty one years for “Greetings Across The World” the most popular Christmas time television programme in Jamaica.
